Matt Mills, the owner of Mills Marine, is a salesman and chief mechanic with over 15 years of experience here at Mills Marine. He is certified in MerCruiser, Mercury, Evinrude, Johnson outboards, and Arctic Cat snowmobiles and ATVs. He has been boating on the Mississippi River around Muscatine for years.
